Made of 100% Shiraz grapes, this unique Rosé displays a fresh and lively nose of red berries, strawberry and cream with a dry crisp palate finishing with a hint of white pepper.

To celebrate the Thunderbirds dramatic 2023 premiership win we have released a limited edition premiership wine to honour the club’s historic success.

The use of seasoned oak gives this refined wine a gentle touch of smoke and pastry. A combination of lime and pineapple juice is both present on nose and palate offering a tantalizing, elegant and complex experience.                                     

An abundance of red and dark cherry aromas lead into notes of tobacco and leather. The deep fruit continues on the palate where the delightful presence of whole bunch pressing bring the complex tannin into play. A wonderfully structured wine that delivers a delightfully complex experience from start to end.

Rich and textural, this vintage fortified shiraz has a wonderful balance of sweetness and acidity. Sultana and toffee lead on the nose before spice and caramel finish on the palate. Delightfully easy to drink.
