2020 Cellar Reserve Freeman Fortified Shiraz

Partially dried on the vine by cordon cutting followed by hand-harvesting. Blending two parcels of fruit at crushing before spending 5 days on skins. Pressed, fortified then aged in French oak barrels for 14 months. 

Rich and textural, this vintage fortified shiraz has a wonderful balance of sweetness and acidity. Sultana and toffee lead on the nose before spice and caramel finish on the palate. Delightfully easy to drink.
