2021 Cellar Reserve Charlotte Chardonnay

Handpicked from our Greenleaf vineyard, then whole-bunch pressed and barrel fermented for 15 months including 50% new French oak allowing extended maturation on lees. 

A wonderful expression of fruit is superbly complemented by a strong oak presence. An abundance of fruit from apricot, peach and apple lead to lasting notes of vanilla, toast and butterscotch. Exceptional acidity keeps the richness delightfully tight on the palate.
