2018 Supernova Reserve Sparkling Shiraz

Select parcels of fruit were chosen for richness and sweetness. After fermenting and maceration in French Oak, the Shiraz spends 35 months on lees after bottle fermentation delivering a beautifully delicate bead. 

Sweet blackcurrant and sweet plum are initially prominent followed by strong notes of vanilla and clove. The palate sees the elegant sweetness at first and is finished with delicate yet grippy tannin.
