Hand-harvested from a single site within the Estate. Spending 7 days on skins and maturing for 18 months in 40% new French barriques.

A combination of tobacco, leather & vanilla leads onto a palate of deep blackberry and preserved plum. A complex wine that showcases a balance of delicate, yet prominent tannin and lengthy acidity that will allow a long time in the cellar.
