Harvested from a single Mclaren Vale vineyard. Spending 8 days on skins before fermenting for 8 months in a mixture of French hogshead and barriques.

The succulent fruit is enhanced with wonderfully grippy tannin and high acidity that leads to a delightful wine to be enjoyed now or over the next 5 years.
