2023 Riesling Rolled Gold
An energetic Riesling that is both refined and fruit-forward. Strong notes of sweet pear are initially present followed by preserved lemon. The luscious mouth feel has a combination of lime juice, grapefruit and a touch of honey finishing in a long-lasting juicy wine.

Vineyard Notes
The grapes from our newest Riesling block, Cobb’s Hill Gully Riesling, was established in 2017. Adding another hectare next to our 1998 Cobb’s Hill Riesling using cuttings from the same GM198 clone on the same hillside. With a gentle westerly aspect and soils of loam over shale and sheet sandstone, this site has been carefully selected to produce fine, balanced Riesling grapes.
Winemaker Notes
Handpicked and whole bunch pressed, this (very) small batch wine has been carefully crafted to replicate the wines of the Rhine Valley. This wine was bottled on the 3rd of May, earlier than usual to preserve the fresh and lively characters.
