Hand-picked from our Greenleaf vineyard. Crushed and then fermented in stainless steel and at low temperature to ensure bright fruit characteristics.
Floral notes of honeysuckle and elderflower lead into ripe melon. A well-weighted palate of lime and grapefruit juice are integrated to perfection with a sharp clean acid line that effortlessly cuts through the residual sugar for a luscious experience.

Vineyard Notes
Selected from our Greenleaf Pinot Gris vineyard, this block has a North Easterly aspect that is quite steep. With the benefit from the warmth of the morning sun while avoiding the late afternoon heat, this block is well suited to ripening Pinot Gris with natural stone fruit character balanced with adequate acidity.
Winemaker Notes
2021 will go down in the chronicles as one of the standout vintages from the Adelaide Hills. Ideal conditions through the growing season paired with moderate temperatures through veraison led to well balanced fruit with exceptional characters. This handpicked Pinot Gris was harvested on the 26th of February in the cool of the morning. Presenting to the winery with a Baume reading of 12.6, pH of 3.3 and TA of 7.1, perfect numbers for a fresh and vibrant table wine. Then whole bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel, the fruitful characters were allowed to develop prior to filtration and bottling in mid July.
